We ask that you provide us with dates of birth (incl time and place of birth if known) for all household members living within the home, an idea as to when the building was constructed and substantially renovated (ie before or after Feb 1924, 1944, 1964, 1984 or 2004) and an accurate A4 size floor plan showing all levels of the home for our consultant to work on.

We will maintain contact via phone and email for any further information required in order to provide you with a detailed Xuan Kong Fei Xing/Flying Stars Feng Shui Report covering Surrounding Landform, 8 Mansions, Flying Stars, Yearly Afflictions and a mix of East and West Astrology, Numerology and various other formulae contained within the household member's birth dates and the Flying Star Natal Chart of your floor plan.

We will target key areas specific to your needs and desires, including wealth enhancement locations, family harmony sectors, areas which emit positive or negative health chi, quarrel sectors and areas currently affected by the annual Flying Star afflictions. The interior and exterior of your home will be digitally photographed so as to make the report as user friendly as possible, with helpful arrows pointing directly to a picture of the area being assessed.

We provide detailed recommendations for ideal bedroom/study/office placement for individuals, best choice of colours and furniture orientation to harmonise each room and suggestions for enhancing the garden and outdoor areas,(including recommended locations for pond, pool and water features).

We offer practical advice and solutions utilising the furnishings you already possess, as well as recommending the ideal set up and locations that would offer you an optimum harmonious living environment with nurturing sheng chi energy. Reports are 40+ pages and provide detailed information for each individual as well as each compass sector of the home and property.

Note: On 4th Feb 2004, we entered a whole new 20 year time cycle called the Period of 8. This brings many new probability factors for people wishing to build a new home or substantially renovate their existing home.
